database covers OnLine Certificates from Sept 2007 until present day.
Council does
not guarantee that in using this database you will locate all certificates for a
property.
These Certificates contain a digital signature. Only Adobe Acrobat 8 and above
is able to correctly verify and validate digital signatures in a PDF document.
These are the instructions to verify the digital signature in the Certificate.
